We manage projects from land development through to the final structure, carrying responsibility for procurement, site supervision and structural execution.
Fee or contract
Contract-basis construction
We construct buildings to client-specified blueprints and timelines, on a fee or contract basis. Responsibilities for procurement, supervision and execution are defined in the agreement before work begins.

Scope review
We review the project scope, drawings and site conditions to confirm what is to be built and how we are engaged.

Contract execution
Terms, timelines and responsibilities for procurement, supervision and structural execution are agreed and signed.

Site delivery
Construction proceeds on site under defined supervision until the structure is completed and handed over.
